Ergonomic Benefits: ErgoDeck is an anti-fatigue product, engineered to maintain the comfort and productivity of people who stand at their work. ErgoDeck tiles are incredibly substantial and are designed to prevent standing worker fatigue, absorb the shock of heel strike, and encourage productivity.

Advanced Construction: ErgoDeck features an extensive underside structure consisting of FlexPoints, systematically spaced to support the users weight and provide flexibility underfoot. This stimulates the leg muscles and circulation, dramatically reducing fatigue.

Wheeled Traffic: Engineered to withstand wheeled traffic (excluding forklift trucks) and heavy usage, ErgoDeck will endure 45 tonnes/m2. No other product stands up to wheeled traffic whilst providing ergonomic benefits like ErgoDeck.

Easy Installation: The 457x457mm tiles can be connected on all sides for a totally flexible layout. These large components quickly and easily cover large areas and require less time and labour to install, saving cost and minimising disruption to site activities.

Secure Connection: ErgoDeck incorporates Locksafe, a totally effective, integral interlocking system that quickly locks and keeps tiles together despite the pressures of constant use. Tiles are accurately aligned without gaps for a neat and clean installation, creating a seamless floor with no maintenance or safety headaches. LockSafe performs like a permanent connection, yet tiles can easily be separated and reconnected to allow for new configurations.

Safety Ramp: High visibility ramps featuring a gradual slope and friction bars to accommodate the safe movement of employees and wheeled containers on and off the tiles. Countersunk holes allow ErgoDeck to be anchored to eliminate movement.

Suitability:
ErgoDeck Open Grid - Use in wet but non-oily areas, or in dry areas where it’s desirable for small debris to drop through the matting.
ErgoDeck Solid - Use in dry areas where small parts fall to the floor, or where ease of maintenance is a priority
ErgoDeck Open Grid + GritWorks - Use in wet, potentially slippery areas where extra traction is essential
ErgoDeck Solid + GritWorks - Use in areas where overspray or tracking of oil may cause slip hazards
